Dr. Dinesh Bahadur Singh was the former Secretary, Rajya Sabha Secretariat. He is on the experts panel of National Commission for Women, and Union Public Service Commission. He has a Doctorate in Mathematics and M. Sc. from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur; a MBA from University of Birmingham (UK) and a LLB from Faculty of Law, Delhi.
